Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Tally Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Tally Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficiently entering and maintaining financial data using Tally software, managing and updating financial records accurately, performing account reconciliation, and ensuring data integrity. You'll also assist in basic accounting tasks and support senior accountants in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently enter and maintain financial data using Tally software

• Manage and update financial records accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and financial analysis
• Support senior accountants in their daily activities, providing administrative assistance as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency in Data Entry tasks and knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally

• Experience in Financial Records Management and Account Reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles
• Computer proficiency for data entry and report generation

* Proficiency in Tally

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
