Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Input and update data into various systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy: You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, using your strong typing skills and attention to detail to enter and update information in our systems.
  • Verify and correct data entries to ensure integrity and consistency: You'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting data entries to ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
  • Manage and organize large volumes of information, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible: You'll be responsible for managing and organizing large datasets, ensuring that our data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform regular data audits and generate reports as required: You'll be responsible for performing regular data audits and generating reports as required, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role: While experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. We're looking for individuals with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy: You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, including online data management systems.

Experience

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We're looking for individuals who can commit to 20-25 hours per week. Ability to work across different time zones is an advantage.
