As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event planning and execution, while also providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Virtual Event Planning & Coordination Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
Event Planning & Coordination
+ Plan, schedule, and execute investor calls, webinars, and other virtual events, ensuring seamless planning and execution. + Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Content Development
+ Partner with senior management and marketing teams to create presentation materials, agendas, and talking points for virtual events. + Develop and maintain a library of event-related content, including presentations, videos, and other materials.
Communication & Hosting
+ Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events, providing exceptional customer service and support. + Professionally introduce speakers and manage audience engagement, including Q&A, during live webcasts.
Technical Management
+ Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly and without interruption. + Be presentable and ready to handle live event dynamics, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Promotion & Engagement
+ Work with the marketing team to promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other channels, ensuring maximum visibility and attendance. + Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and attendance, providing valuable insights for future events.
Follow-Up & Reporting
+ Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and related materials, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date. + Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and report metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Compliance
+ Ensure all communications and materials comply with regulatory and company requirements, obtaining necessary approvals from Compliance as needed.

Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications. + Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field. + Proven track record of success in planning and executing events, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
