Customer Success at arenaflex

Customer Success at arenaflex starts from the very beginning of our interaction with our customers. From the initial onboarding call (product walk-through) to the post-conversion customer journey, we MUST ensure that our customers are blown away by our customer-first DNA. As a Customer Success Lead at arenaflex, you'll spearhead onboarding and CX engines, fostering a strengthened relationship with key accounts and working closely with other account managers to empower our customers to make the most of arenaflex's platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Becoming a product expert and developing a complete understanding of the arenaflex platform
  • Owning customer onboarding motion and ensuring 100% SLA compliance by the overall operations team
  • Working with fellow peers to deliver product demos to our customers, auditing their calls, and identifying possible optimizations
  • Initiating relationship-building touchpoints with key customers to thoroughly understand their priorities and arenaflex usage
  • Studying and starting optimizing existing CRM usage to efficiently track the customer journey
  • Streamlining support operations across various channels (emails, tickets, Whatsapp)
  • Developing cadence and workflows to capture customer reviews and feedback consistently
  • Building a customer-referral engine to contribute to arenaflex's business growth

Long-term Objectives

In the long term, you'll contribute to arenaflex's product roadmap and work closely with the product team in developing features requested by our customers. You'll also work closely with our marketing team to create impactful customer case studies and whitepapers. Additionally, you'll develop and drive account expansion: up-sell and cross-sell engines that allow your fellow account managers to increase our customer's product adoption.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6-7 years of experience in a high-velocity customer success role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
  • A proven track record of contributing to the company's revenue growth by managing customer accounts (preferably with annual contract values of $10k+/year)
  • Leadership qualities, with experience leading a team and displaying high levels of leadership in your previous organization
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a passion for writing and documentation
  • A strong sense of customer service, with a desire to see customers succeed and have the best experience possible
  • Comfort with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Loom, etc.
  • Comfort working in a remote setup, with a willingness to meet in person whenever possible

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with startups or in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with equity management software and its complexities
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
