Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible trading experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support and issue resolution through various communication channels, including live chat, phone calls, and emails.
  • Navigating multiple programs to process client requests and solve issues with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist via Salesforce or Jira.
  • Updating clients on their request status and verifying documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis.
  • Preparing and interpreting reports and documentation with acceptable detail and accuracy.
  • Attending company seminars to understand the company's business functions and roles and meeting the required assessment target.
  • Achieving quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
