This role sits within a highly respected New York litigation boutique known for its deep expertise in real estate disputes, particularly across mortgage enforcement and foreclosure-related matters. You will join a sophisticated, fast-paced practice handling complex, high-stakes litigation for financial institutions, servicers, and real estate stakeholders.

What you'll do
Handle a broad range of real estate litigation matters, with a focus on mortgage enforcement, foreclosure actions, and property related disputes.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs in state and federal courts.
Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk exposure, and resolution pathways across contested real estate matters.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Work closely with colleagues across the firm in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Engage directly with clients, delivering clear, commercially focused advice in time-sensitive situations.
What you'll need
JD from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the New York Bar.
5+ years of experience in real estate litigation, with exposure to mortgage and/or foreclosure matters.
Strong drafting skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive written advocacy.
Experience handling motions practice and familiarity with New York court procedures.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented practice.
