Scope: The Sales Support Specialist is an entry‑level role designed to support the Sales team with administrative, coordination, and research tasks throughout the sales lifecycle. This position allows Sales Executives to focus on relationship‑building and closing, while ensuring proposals, documentation, CRM updates, and internal coordination are handled accurately and efficiently.Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
    None
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, support, customer service, or coordinator roleExposure to sales support, healthcare, insurance, or professional services environments, experience working with CRM tools or databases (Salesforce or similar), Interest in healthcare, population health, or care management preferred.Requirements/Skills:
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentProfessional demeanor and comfort working with cross‑functional teams 
Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Sales Executives with preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentationsCompile and organize required documentation for prospective clients (case studies, service descriptions, pricing inputs, etc.)Maintain version control and accuracy of sales materialsEnter and maintain prospect and opportunity data in CRM systemsTrack sales activity, follow‑ups, and next steps Assist with reporting on pipeline activity, proposal volume, and response timelinesCoordinate internal requests related to sales efforts Schedule sales meetings, demos, and follow‑up callsAssist with conference registration and coordinationServe as a point of contact for internal sales-related questions and documentation needsMaintain and organize shared sales folders, templates, and standard documentsAssist with updating sales collateral and ensuring materials reflect current offeringsProvide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams as neededParticipate in sales and cross-functional meetings when appropriatePerform other duties as assigned to support sales effectivenessThe pay rate for this position is $23.50 to $25.00 hourly.Work Environment / Physical Demands: This position is in a typical office / home office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer.  Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability and veterns.
