Pay Details:- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission.Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.Opportunities for rewards and recognition.Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for aminimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed.
