Remote Travel Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and booking memorable travel experiences. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, couples, families, and groups to recommend travel options, coordinate reservations, and provide excellent customer service from initial inquiry through trip completion. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, communicates professionally, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, tours, and transportation options
- Book and manage travel reservations accurately
- Communicate itinerary details, updates, and important travel information to clients
- Provide responsive customer support before, during, and after travel
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including email, internet research, and online booking platforms
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
