CRM Manager (Microsoft Dynamics) – Contract to Hire
100% Remote | Prefer EST or CT Time Zones We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join a growing team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will focus on owning and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with a strong emphasis on marketing technology, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven decision making. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending CRM strategy, marketing automation, and technical execution in a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Partner with marketing and business teams to support email marketing, automation, and customer lifecycle initiatives
- Manage and enhance customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign performance
- Build and support integrations across the martech stack
- Leverage data to drive insights and performance improvements across CRM and marketing efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics teams
- Troubleshoot and continuously improve system performance, workflows, and user experience
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proven background in marketing technology (MarTech) environments
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Strong coding/technical skills (comfortable working with integrations, customizations, or scripting)
- Ability to manage CRM workflows, data, and campaigns end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Experience integrating CRM with marketing automation tools or customer data platforms
