The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our International Customer Service Team, helping to manage customer experience and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll work closely with our Team Leader and other support advisors to resolve customer issues, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and effectively to incoming or outgoing communication to customer contacts, exhibiting high levels of attention to detail (chats, emails, etc.)

  • Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
  • Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
  • Escalate recurring customer issues to Team Leader/SMEs and relevant internal departments where applicable
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services

What We're Looking For

* Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a multi-channel contact center environment dealing with high amounts of contacts

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet, with good general keyboard skills
  • Initiative: A proactive approach to improving the customer experience, with a willingness to suggest new ideas and solutions
  • Flexibility: A flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment
  • Customer Service Orientation: A high level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution

Desired Skills

* Foreign Language Knowledge: Knowledge of a foreign language would be a bonus

  • Gaming Expertise: A passion for gaming products and applicable expertise
  • Initiative: A willingness to suggest new ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience
