Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Entry Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and organizing data in our computer systems, as well as handling day-to-day office activities, answering phone calls, and managing emails. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering, maintaining, and organizing data in our computer systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling day-to-day office activities, including answering phone calls and managing emails
  • Providing exceptional customer support to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 5 years of experience in data entry and customer support
  • A 12th pass or above qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data management systems and customer support software

Preferred Qualifications
