Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced International Customer Representative to join our team in Goa. As a full-time customer support/telecaller, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional service experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across the globe
- Understand customer needs and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional service experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 12th Pass and above with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a customer support/telecaller role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proven track record of success in resolving customer queries and improving customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role in a multinational company or a company with international operations
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Familiarity with industry-specific products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
- Experience in a work-from-home environment or a similar remote work setup
