Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, responding to inquiries, processing payments, and performing general account maintenance. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Be the Point of Contact for arenaflex clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments, perform general account maintenance, and up-sell customers to new products or services
  • Utilize various applications, including CRM software, to manage client interactions and track progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume inbound call environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficient reading abilities
  • The ability to multitask effectively, utilizing various applications and prior experience with CRM applications is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
