Job Responsibilities
As a customer support representative on our global customer service content method team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Working closely with our content method team to create and manage support content for our customers and internal teams
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, customer service)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Experience with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of our services and offerings
