Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with excellent potential for permanent employment. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, answering calls, and responding to queries related to medical insurance. Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately document call content in real-time, using our proprietary software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Schedule
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Work hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working with medical insurance or healthcare-related products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with CRM software or proprietary software
