Key Responsibilities:

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, addressing their technical queries and concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on enterprise record and billing issues, proactively assisting clients to avoid potential problems
  • Developing in-depth understanding of clients' critical issues to provide effective solutions
  • Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with arenaflex services and industry trends

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or sales environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with cloud-based services, such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3

  • Familiarity with enterprise record and billing systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar frameworks
  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
