Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat, phone, and email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans for our brand. You'll work independently to solve unique problems, think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions, and collaborate with your team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to come up with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with your team to drive business results, share knowledge, and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics and sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with live chat software and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Starting hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
