Job Summary
As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's customer engagement initiatives, promoting information consistency, and driving the adoption of marketing and advertising innovation across the organization. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, leveraging your skills and expertise to contribute to the success of arenaflex's customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of arenaflex's customer engagement marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and manage the customer engagement unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes
- Aid in the review and management of new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for arenaflex objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
- Conduct external data sharing inspections and oversight, ensuring compliance with Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants
- Oversee project-specific direction and recommended strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and engagement
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Disney Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products
- Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising innovation, including data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
