Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and customers. You'll use our software to take down information, communicate with customers via WhatsApp, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and customers
- Use software to take down information and communicate with customers via WhatsApp
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless handovers and coverage
- Log in and log off for each shift, and communicate with the next agent before your shift ends
- Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift
- Meet performance targets and KPIs
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Proficiency in using software and technology to take down information and communicate with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts (10pm-5am PST)

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $4.50 per incoming call, with opportunities to earn more through bonuses and incentives
- Overnight shift call rate of $8.00 per call
