We're seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities

- Book appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
