Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through chat, email, and other channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure that our customers feel valued and heard. This is a remote work opportunity, which means you can work from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our Amazon Seller Support team, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
- Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
- Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to help us continually improve our products and services

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
