Job Summary

We're seeking experienced bilingual customer service representatives who are fluent in English and French to join our team of remote customer service professionals. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and French
  • Work independently from home, choosing your own schedule and service intervals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
