Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing communications on creators' OnlyFans accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining engagement through email and chat interactions. Your role will involve:
- Answering questions and providing information on subscriptions, promotions, and other topics related to creators' content
- Offering promotional discounts and incentives to encourage fan engagement
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and informative responses
- Collaborating with creators and other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Access to a device with internet capabilities (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Independent work ethic and the ability to adhere to a set protocol
- At least 5 hours of availability per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in simple English conversations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- Experience in customer service, support, or a related field
