In Your Typical Day, You Will:
* Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information
- Discuss arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Qualifications:
* 6 months or more with customer service experience
- 6 months or more with call center experience
Additional Details:
* Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour
- Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
- Must reside within 60 miles from office location
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training is required.
- Hours of Operations: Monday – Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am – 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
- Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
