Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Comparing data entered with source documents, or reentering data in verification format on screen to detect errors
• Entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and entering necessary codes
• Auditing customer data for accuracy; making necessary adjustments
• Performing or assisting with other duties and projects as needed
• Complying with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the arenaflex HIPAA Security Policy
• Identifying, analyzing, and reporting data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness of source documents
• Providing analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity for the team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

• Type 50 WPM
• 10-Key Experience

Education/Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. Relevant work experience is a plus, and we offer a competitive salary and full benefit package to our employees.

Environmental Conditions

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work in an indoor climate-controlled environment with a moderate to quiet noise level.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, you'll be required to:

• Communicate verbally and in the written form
• Utilize a laptop and other electronic devices effectively
• Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (laptop computer, bag, and accessories)
• Have specific vision abilities, including close vision and distance vision
