Schedule and Compensation Details

Office Rotation:
Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
Work from Home Rotation:
Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
Competitive Pay Rate:
$26 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Processing Product Complaints:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintaining a Positive Experience:
Ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and respectful.
Updating Databases:
Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information.
Escalating Issues:
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate levels as needed.
Confidentiality:
Maintaining the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information by following established procedures.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Customer Service Experience:
At least 6 months of customer service experience is necessary.
Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Fast-Paced Environment:
