Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals. You will verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy, following a pattern of operations that is generally standardized but frequently includes rules, expectations, and special instructions that demand close attention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enters alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals

  • Follows a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions that demand close attention
  • Maintains a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry operations
  • Collaborates with the team to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
  • Adheres to arenaflex's data entry policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment

  • 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures and instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry software and applications

  • Knowledge of data entry devices and system commands
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
