Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You will be responsible for resolving discrepancies, correcting records, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Resolve discrepancies and errors in records, including those from various reports and systems
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement green resolutions
• Monitor and track records, including eligibility and system reconciliations
• Utilize shared mailboxes and work queues to manage and prioritize tasks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare industry experience, preferably in data entry and analysis

• Experience working with shared mailboxes and work queues
• Strong understanding of data entry and analysis principles and best practices
