Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data and Customer Engagement Intern to join our team for a 10-week internship program. As a Marketing Data and Customer Engagement Intern, you'll focus on defining marketing customer journeys to bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data – including engagement with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds. This role will also support ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in defining marketing customer journeys to bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data

• Engage with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds to drive business growth through data-driven insights
• Support ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains

What You Bring

* Master's-level student in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, data science)

• Curiosity, drive, and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Great time management and communication skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May 19 – July 25)
• Location in North Carolina during the internship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status

Bonus Points

* Understanding of Marketing Automation to support operational efficiencies

• Familiarity of or experience working with Teams and SharePoint
• Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization, including Senior Leadership
• Knowledge of Adobe and AI tools, Digital Marketing, and Prospect and Customer Databases

Compensation

* Master's Students: $27/hr.

Salary Range

At arenaflex, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs. *Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance. $41,600.00 - $46,600.00
