Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Merchant Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our merchants and customers. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, resolving issues, and driving business growth through coaching and mentoring. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to improve their performance and skills
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with the Merchant Services team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and merchant satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
