Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced part-time work from home customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will play a critical role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. This position is fully remote, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
