Responsibilities

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, online interactions, and email correspondence
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and arenaflex products and services
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their overall experience
  • Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed arenaflex's high standards

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting customer needs
  • Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and critical thinking
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a smartphone
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet testing
  • A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with the possibility of a work computer being provided depending on the position offered
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Experience working with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
