Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, and assisting with various tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities
* Key paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
- Assist the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members as needed
- Collaborate with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the team
Education and Work Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
