Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
