Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our arenaflex Customer Support Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers navigate their healthcare benefits. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers regarding their healthcare benefits, including prescription coverage, mail-order services, and other related topics
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare administration
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CHCSR)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
