Position Overview

As an AI Chat Agent Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building, training, and refining the AI chat agent to deliver contextually appropriate, intelligent, and engaging responses. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and end-user needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project in a fast-paced, innovative environment, focusing on delivering impactful AI solutions that align with the project goals.

Responsibilities

* Build, train, and refine the AI chat agent to deliver contextually appropriate, intelligent, and engaging responses. Ensure alignment with business requirements and end-user needs

• Collaborate on fine-tuning and retraining AI models based on analytics, user feedback, and evolving requirements
• Attend sprint planning sessions, collaborate in refining and estimating development tickets, and commit to completing assigned tickets within each sprint
• Attend weekly standup meetings and use collaboration tools like Slack and Jira to align with the team on project priorities and updates
• Create comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide training sessions to ensure seamless handover for ongoing maintenance
• Accurately log work hours and provide detailed task updates, ensuring accountability and transparency

Requirements

* Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents

• Proficiency in customizing and fine-tuning Copilot models to meet specific business requirements
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) like GPT and integrating them with the Power Platform
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for creating intelligent workflows and conversational bots
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and securing data within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows

Preferred Skills

* Proficiency with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for deploying AI models and services

• Experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, DynamoDB)
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js

Compensation and Benefits

* $70 - $90 USD per hour with the potential to convert to full-time in the coming months

• Base compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including skills, education, certifications, and overall experience for this role
