We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to patients and their families, helping them navigate our services, and ensuring seamless scheduling and follow-up processes. Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process - Verify insurance coverage for patients, submit pre-authorizations, and ensure a smooth claims process - Follow up with potential patients to address questions, concerns, and scheduling needs - Schedule appointments and reschedule as needed, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and our operations team - Provide regular updates on patient status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction - Deliver weekly sales updates to our operations manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth

Requirements:

- Ability to maintain a distraction-free and noise-free workspace from approximately 9:00am-5:30pm PST every business day, ensuring seamless communication with patients and colleagues - 10+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships - 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and claims processing - 5+ years of inside/inbound sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and patient engagement techniques - Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of self-motivation, with a passion for spending time on the phone with prospects and building strong relationships - Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growing company

Compensation, Growth, and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience - Potential annual bonus of up to $5,000, recognizing outstanding performance and contributions to the team - 7 paid time off (PTO) days plus 3 paid holidays, ensuring a healthy work-life balance - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching - Opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment
