Job Summary

As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Examination Group to gather and analyze data from various sources, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets.

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources.
• Scrub and design data to convert into a format suitable for our systems.
• Support Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects.
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests.
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives.
• Develop presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
