Job Description:

As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, using our cutting-edge software to facilitate the sales process.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, encouraging them to place orders and build trust in our brand.
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices to customers using our company's system.
  • Collaborate with our sales managers to ensure seamless follow-up with customers, assigning leads to their accounts and tracking progress.
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals and overcome any challenges.
