Experienced Customer Success Associate – Student Loan Borrower Support (FT Contractor, Remote)

Your Role
As a Customer Success Associate on our Borrower Success Team, you'll play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand and communicate the value proposition of arenaflex's product offerings to borrowers
- Engage with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance
- Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Proactively suggest and implement ideas and automations to scale the team and improve borrower outcomes
- Collaborate with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
- Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings
Recommended Experience
We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. Passion for applying talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue is a must.
