Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workday Data Migrations at arenaflex

This role will impact our daily business operations and document migration processes, working closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to gain a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our Innovation Team, you'll be responsible for applying your analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement solutions, and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, develop and implement solutions, and ensure seamless execution
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in your field, recognizing the potential impact on our business and operations
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for change
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities for growth, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of problems
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and solutions
• Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on business and technical matters
• Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business analysis role, with a focus on process improvement and system implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex business problems and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business analysis role, with a focus on process improvement and system implementation
• Experience working with Workday or other enterprise software systems
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Certified Business Analyst (CBA) or Certified Data Analyst (CDA)
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, with a focus on scalability and reliability
