Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we're looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or communication role who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to our innovative team.
Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
- Utilizing resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Identifying and escalating any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Providing feedback to management on common customer issues and suggesting improvements to processes
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using available resources and knowledge base
