Job Description
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients via live chat on their websites and social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer live chats, emails, and/or correspondence from customers and address inquiries properly
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service (preferably in a remote or call center environment)
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to different personalities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
