Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to adhere to our telecommuting policies and procedures. You will also be expected to participate in our comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from clients, responding to their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other benefits
  • Use your knowledge and expertise to offer solutions and alternatives to clients, helping them to better understand their coverage and make informed decisions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, such as medical billing, insurance, or patient advocacy

  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
