Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Working independently from home, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
