Job Summary
As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers
- Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive sales
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, business, etc.)
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or online chat environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and its trends
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
