Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products. You will work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide high-quality support to our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment
- Computer with Windows 7 or better operating system
- Working headset with microphone
- Ability to perform work without supervision
- Must be over 18 years of age
