Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them plan and book their dream vacations. You'll work closely with our team to customize travel itineraries, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, planning, and executing travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
- Processing payments on behalf of clients
- Providing all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Working well in a group/team setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Staying up-to-date on the travel industry and policies, ensuring you're always aware of the latest developments and trends
- Completing required certification within a timely manner
- Completing ongoing training with our company and travel partners to stay ahead of the curve
Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States
- A smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and travel partners
- The ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and internet knowledge, with experience using travel software and systems
- Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
