Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch support
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with chat software is advantageous
